Job Description

• Support Senior Associate to work with relevant government stakeholders of the Ministry of Health to develop a system for asset tracking & maintenance.
• Support DHS on field testing of the system and then launching of the asset tracking & maintenance system nationwide.
• Work with Senior Associate to update oxygen supplies and consumables in the Essential Medicine List (EML).
• Coordinate a discussion between DHS and other MoH departments to ensure oxygen supplies and consumables are updated into existing LMIS – Logistics management information system
• Support Senior Associate to conduct a study report on feasibility of Liquid Oxygen in Cambodia.
• Support operationalization structure of Hub and Spoke Model for PSA plant.
• Provide support for training and supportive supervision to subnational level for equipment and maintenance tracking.
• Other relevant tasks as requested.

Job Requirement

-Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with experience, or a graduate degree
• 3 years of relevant work experience in a demanding, results-driven environment; preferably in public or private health sector and supply chain
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, entrepreneurial spirit, goal-oriented with a willingness to improve, attention to detail, and analytical capabilities;
• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with government and NGO representatives

-Advantages:

• Prior experience in related industries including in engineering, electrical, instrumentation, or biomedical engineering
• Knowledge of supply chain management;
• Experience in applied mechanics (e.g. preventative and curative maintenance, general troubleshooting)
• Experience working with government and ministries of health to achieve collaborative goals
• Fulency in Khmer language and strong command of English for business communication purposes
• Experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities, and work independently at a fast pace with minimal structure;
• Ability to work effectively and independently in a multicultural and high-pressure environment
