** Job Scope:

Recruitment and Branding Specialist is focus on fulfill pending recruitment headcount, build external pipeline, and

promote employer branding to external stakeholder through university, institute, NGO, NEA, and career fairs with

proper control on database record. S/he will also ensure to monitor on renew vendor contract of job announcement

(Bongthom, Camhr, ), HRM System with proper monitoring database and report.

** Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible to fulfill vacancy requested from hiring manager timely

- Ensure all job announcement posted through our channels, social media with accurate information and report

- Ensure all resume are well record, organizing by job application category

- Coordinate job interview process with scheduling, fill application form, and collect required documents

- Responsible to prepare employment contract for new staff timely

- Responsible to build external pipe line such as university, institutes, NGOs, NEA, Career Fairs

- Manage to renewal of job announcement and HRM System agreement with vendor timely

- Support to respond on staff request issue with HRM System and perform back up database

- Responsible to monitor on referral program and internship program with proper database record

- Support to prepare recruitment monthly report

- Other tasks assign by supervisor

- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Management or other related field

- 03 years’ experience in recruitment in financial sector, agency or related field

- Good command of English in both written and spoken; Chinese is an advantage

- Good knowledge of photo and video editing (i.e. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere –etc-) is a plus

- Good personality, presentation, negotiation, and time management

- Proficiency in Ms. Office and Email
