Reports To: Restaurant Manager/Owner

Main Purpose of Job:

Responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing workers and also handle employee relation, Payroll, benefits, and Training or orientation.

• Consult with employers to identify needs and preferred qualifications.

• Interview applicants about their experience, education and skills.

• Contact references and perform background checks.

• Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions.

• Hire or refer qualified candidates

• Conduct new employee orientations.

• Process paperwork.

• Plan and coordinate the workforce to best use employees' talents.

• Resolve issues between management and employees.

• Training staffs.

• Manage database of employees.

• Other task assigned by manager or Owner.

• Male

• Graduated bachelor Degree related field.

• Experience at least 2year.

• Fluent in English Language.

• Able to use Administration computer.

• High commitment, Honest, Team work, Time management, Humble, Strong Leadership, Good communication, willing to Learn, Flexible, Interpersonal skills.

• Work under the pressure.
