Job Description

***Overall Purpose of the Role:

To involve a creative and systematic plan to solve a problem or achieve certain objectives, with the use of images, symbols or even words. It is visual communication and the aesthetic expression of concepts and ideas.

- Prepare and check conditions of tender

- Prepare and check documents of construction work permit, ongoing and close permit

- Prepare and check suppliers’ contracts

- Consider and respond to contract clarifications received from tenderers

- Finalize and amend the form of contract, letters of intent, letters of appointment and early works contracts

- Review contracts and identify key risk areas and cost of contract review

- Prepare tender qualifications

- Advise on ancillary project documents, such as third party access deeds and tripartite financing agreements

- Negotiate, draft and advise on contract amendments

- Prepare documents related to particular types of construction project such as infrastructure projects, public private partnerships, residential projects, strata projects, commercial projects

- Prepare documents of bidding

Job Requirements

EDUCATION:

- Bachelor’s degree of law related fields to construction

** KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum four years for experience in construction management and four years for experience in office management

- Bachelor’s degree of civil engineering or architecture.

- Good command of reading, writing and speaking English

- Proficiency in computer skills program MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft project), and other programs related to skills involved

- Ability to coordinate and direct construction activities at work site

- Demonstrate positive and flexible attitude and high commitment

- Passionate about building environment and care about people and environment
