Jobs Description

- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.

- Supports organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling

- Reviewing, updating, and delivering the current human resource strategies, plans, policies, HRM systems, and practices to ensure the team is meeting the organization needs.

- Complete all other activities assigned by CEO.

- Source, assess and recruit the right candidates into the Smart company through various traditional and new online and offline channels to attract talents, utilizing assessment tools/criteria's, interview techniques to select the right talents and complete hiring process/administrative paperwork to ensure the talents are recruited into the company.

- Work closely and build strong relationship with all HR team, management team, internal employees and external partners to ensure an efficient & effective recruitment service are being delivered.

- Work closely with the marketing team to manage and improve all related Employer Branding campaigns/ activities on LinkedIn, Facebook, Career website and other social media channels.

- Develop and enhance current/new human resource system/tools to ensure the operation of HR department is as smooth and accurate as possible.

- Forming and maintaining employee records

- Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides

- Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance

- Be a constructive challenger to your peers to drive the overall people strategy, by designing and swiftly implementing people-oriented and organizational solutions in areas related to “get, keep, grow, enable, inspire”.

Jobs Requirement

- Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in general HR Management roles especially in the field of recruitment/talent acquisition.

- Profound knowledge on Cambodia Labor Law is a plus.

- Passion and ability to affect and inspire change, to drive policies and procedures within the team and other departments.

- Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, problem solving skills and team player.

- Strong leadership skills to be able to manage the team and different stakeholders.

- Fluent in Khmer and English– Strong communication skills both

- written and oral /verbal and presentation skills

- Preferably has experience with working with HRM system (Human Resources Management)

- Good knowledge of employment law, HR policies experience, staff communications, attendance management and training budgets

- Computer literate and proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
