1. Maintaining records of any work and inspections done on-premises

2. Check staffs’ grooming and discipline

3. Conducts shift briefing daily

4. Preforming inventory on repair supplies.

5. Keeping repair tools and supplies clean and organized.

6. Making and installing new furniture or equipment.

7. Support water meter reading daily records.

8. Responding to and checking filter services for water dispenser all of places that we have.

9. Responding to and completing tenant or supervisor maintenance requests.

1. At least 1-year experiences in related field.

2. Knowledge of electrical standards and Operation

3. Ability to work flexible and extended on night time depending on demands.

4. Electrical wiring capabilities to manage problems with the building’s electricity.

5. Knowledge English Language

6. Knowledge computer skills (Word & Excel)
