Job Description

- Visiting each of our 5 Outlets on a weekly basis checking stocks in store and also following up on PO being done regularly and properly.

- Training each respective outlet Shelve boy (Salesman) on how to refill shelves regularly, how to do customer service effectively, how to make PO for wines sprits and beers and how to refill the received PO in their respective shelves, and requesting for PO to the Shop Manager without missing out on important products that may have gone out of stock

- Checking all outlets if it has maintained the cleanness and shelves refilled. Maintaining the shop display and merchandising well. Keeping all outlet spic and span neat and clean.

- Training staff how to merchandize certain products in an effective, manner and enhance the daily sales

- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervision

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management or related fields

- Have at least 1 years' experience in Store Operation, Marketing or related fields

- Ability to develop marketing planning, market survey and working procedure

- Ability to lead or develop sale team capacities and problem-solving skills very effectively

- Have a good communication, interpersonal skill, influencing skills, hardworking, and honesty

- Good knowledge in English both written and verbal communication

- Good knowledge of computer applications MS office, Internet, Email & Outlook

- Be able to work under pressure, tight timeline, strong Interpersonal skill
