Job Description

- Responsible for all operations in the store.

- Record and inspect all input, output and storage operations.

- Weekly and monthly inventory inspection and counting.

- Make weekly, monthly and annual inventory reports of high sales and low or no sales at all.

- Have the staff clean the shop clean, hygienic and safe.

- Prepare a request to purchase goods for sale and in-store supplies.

- Inspects damaged goods, overdue for use and requests to remove damaged goods from the inventory.

- Focus on sales to drive sales growth, monitor cash and in-store financial management.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.

- At least 1year’ experience as an assistant store manager, store manager, market ... or in the field related to wine and beverage products ...

- Good communication skills with customers and product introduction.

- Good Communication in English both speaking and writing.

- Be proactive and work oriented to employees well.

- Always have a positive attitude in all situations where there is a problem or an issue that arises responsibly.

- Computer literate Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Email, Internet.

- Overall, what the store needs from the staff is the ability to work honestly (for the company, the customers themselves and the team) and a dedicated staff
