Job Description

1. Working with the store:

- Responsible for all the operations in-store and weekly or monthly inventory counts.

- Record and inspect all input, output and storage operations.

- Weekly, monthly and annual inventory reports of high sales and low or no sales meet.

- Manage the cleaner to clean the shop, hygienic and safety.

- Request purchase order for goods, goods for sale and in-store supplies.

- Inspect damaged goods, overdue for use and make a request to deduct damaged goods.

- Develop a sales strategy to drive sales growth and manage costs, control cash and manage cash for store.

2. Work with staff:

- Manage all employees in the store with a good manner and instruct new employees about their works.

- Prepare weekly roster at the end of each month and send to HR on the 25th for review and approval.

- Record daily attendance, shifts, working hours and note employees who come late or leave illegally.

- If employee request leave, must complete application for the leave in accordance with company policies.

- Organize staff according to their roles, responsibilities and provide proper training in accordance with the principles.

- Encourage employees and collect feedback from staff in the store to correct any points that are not good.

- Educate, guide and give immediate advice to any staff member who has a shortcoming.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management or related field.

- At least 1-2 years’ experience as an assistant store manager, store manager, market ... or in the field related to wine and beverage products ...

- Good communication skills with customers and product introduction.

- Good Communication in English both speaking and writing.

- Be proactive and work oriented to employees well.

- Always have a positive attitude in all situations where there is a problem or an issue that arises responsibly.

- Computer literate Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Email, Internet.

- Overall, what the store needs from the staff is the ability to work honestly (for the company, the customers themselves and the team) and a dedicated staff
