Jobs Description


• Handle all recruitment processing and manage all employee personnel management.

• Prepare and KPI setting and job descriptions that align with the business plan and objectives.

• Review staff policies, update the employee handbook, interpret and train new staffs and staff existing procedures, policies and guidelines indicated in the employee handbook.

• Develop and implement all HR functions according to the HR policies and procedures.

• Provide HR advisory and support the Clients and Company to assigned business functions, including performance management, talent management, employee relations, compensation, manpower planning and training.

• Preparing the labour compliance document, work permit and employee record books with local authorities.

• Prepare letters, reports and various documents relating to the outsourcing process as required.

• Preparing and implement HR strategic plan in Company and Clients.

• Control day-to-day staff attendance/leave and prepare monthly report.

• Preparing surveys and collect feedback to support the HR business strategies.

• Recruit, interview and screen for vacant positions.

• Perform other related tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or relate field

• At least 3 years work experience in HR/Recruiter related roles

• In-depth knowledge of all HR functions

• Experience and qualification in HR business partnership

• Good effective communication skill

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good at supervisory and leadership skills

• High level of language proficiency

• Computer literacy

• Good presentation and reporting skills
