Jobs Description

 Develop and update HR & Admin policies, Internal Rule and Regulations, company policies, work procedures, and guidelines to ensure HR functions are effectively and efficiently managed.

 Ensure the recruitment and selection process (Posing Job Ads, Short-listing, contacting candidates, Interviewing, Checking References, Selecting, Negotiating the offers) is met the company requirement and new staff orientation.

 Coordinate applicant screening and interviewing activities with line managers and make the best possible hiring decision.

 Conduct Exit/ Termination Interviews.

 Preparing monthly staff payroll and submitting to the Managing Director.

 Coordinate with Bank over staff salary (Open new account, ATM requisition).

 Follow up and check all the daily and monthly reports such as attendance, store report, and other tasks related to the HR & Admin department.

 Oversee functions of HR services within Company such as recruitment, hiring, employee record-keeping including contracts/ agreements, compensation, stationery, company fix assets, and benefits and allowance for employees (OT, Phone, Gasoline, Bonus).

 Assist all Departmental Heads in coordinating probation evaluation and annual performance appraisal of all staff.

 Act as a bridge for different departments and staff and resolve any conflicts when occurs.

 Develop and maintain the staff benefits and motivation program.

 Provide administrative support to departments dealing with the task of editing, typing, mailing, filing, and translation (both verbal and documentation).

 Other tasks assigned by the Managing Director

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration or others related fields;

 At least 3 years solid experiences in marketing management with multi-businesses of company;

 Have a good interpersonal skill, hardworking, and honesty;

 Having a good communication skills and creative idea;

 Strong leadership, organizational, problem solving and influencing skills;

 Dynamic and pleasant personality;

 Fluent in both written and spoken English;

 Computer literacy in Microsoft office, Internet, E-mail, Outlook.
