Job Description- Key responsibilities:

01. Greet Managing daily stock

02. Receive and prepare stock

03. Make summary lists for stock movement, stock variation and stock balance.

04. Perform physical stock count every month and close stock at the end of the month

05. Monitor transferred stock to warehouse

06. Prepare daily / weekly/ monthly Stock report

07. Arrange and deliver products to customer

08. Handle all materials in stock properly and quality safety

09. Ensure all products in stock properly arranged order, monitored and counted


10. Perform and ensure document are properly filed and managed

11. Other tasks assigned by Manager

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree of Business Administration or relevant

01. At least 02 years’ experience in warehouse managing, inventory or warehouse management

02. Experiences in Light/Electricity Equipment or construction material is a plus

03. Friendly, hardworking and flexible

04. Self-confidence, motivation and good communication skills

05. Good team player and good time management

06. Good command of English both spoken and written

07 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Ms Outlook, Ms Excel…)
