● Develop research, maintain and update various student, company and stakeholder databases, information portals and hard copy files ● Help to manage the application process and applicant list for exam and interview arrangements ● Establish, organize and maintain files, records and reports ● Answer inquiries in pleasant and professional in person, via email and over the phone ● Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly admissions reports ● Maintain, organize and review various contact lists for marketing purposes ● Support team to increase more students ● Coordinate and work closely with the CamEd Student Government to organize some school events/activities, evaluate and prepare reports ● Performance general office duties including answering phones, greeting visitors, typing, filing, sorting and handling incoming and outgoing mail ● Other tasks as assigned by the Senior Vice President/Management

● BA degree in Marketing, Business and related fields. ● At least one year of experience in sales/marketing/data research ● Strong English Language ● Emotional intelligence, strong interpersonal skills and team work ● Conscientiousness in work performance and meeting deadlines * SALARY & BENEFITS FOR REGULAR STAFF: Salary is competitive (Negotiate).
