Managing full life-cyclerecruitment (including preparing advertisements, screening, interviewing, contract arrangement, and initiating onboarding) and continuously seeking ways to improve recruitment activity; Providing consultation to hiring managers on all aspects of hiring process; Actively planing recruitment activities aligned with LXML Operational Plans; Mediating and providing assistance to leadership team to ensure employee grievance and discipline issues are managed in accordance with LXML policy and legislative requirements; Working in partnership across multiple business groups to propose efficient HR solutions that are suitable to the business challenges and in line with contemporary HR policies; Providing HR guidance, support and advice to the leadership team in order to ensure all employees are valued and respected in line with LXML Code of Conduct, HR policies and Lao Labour Law; Providing training and support to new and existing leaders to ensure key HR systems are understood and well embedded into operational practice

achelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Law or Business related field Fluent in English Knowledge of Best Practice in Recruitment & Selection as well as Human Resources policies and procedures Understanding of Lao Labour Law, Law on Social Security and a wide range of HR activities gained through formal education and/or work experience Previous experience in managing remuneration and benefits, investigations and dealing with complex workplace matters (employee relations) Ability to build strong relationships with key business stakeholders and external stakeholders Strong negotiation skills with a focus on win-win outcomes
