Working closely with Country General Manager on managing administrative budget such annual operating budget, staff benefits & compensation. Responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing workers. Handling the system to ensure that the company operation complies with existing local laws and ordinance codes. Supervise head of departments on creating appraisal within department to ensure quality of service at all the time. Monitor the staff skills within the departments and plan training programs to rectify any performance. Oversee to ensure staff complies with relevant office policies and regulations. Handling employment relations and resolve issues between management and employees. Perform others general HR duties and tasks as assigned by country general manager.

Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Hospitality Management or a similar field. At least 3 years experiences in HR management from both industry and organization. Understanding of labor legislation with an emphasis on part-time and overtime regulations. Strong operations professional, Leadership, people oriented, sense of ethics and Teamwork. Ability to motivate and drive people to perform task effectively. Proficient in using computer skills i.e. Excel, Word, Power Point Etc. Good English communication skills both written and verbal.
