Jobs Description

-To control all data of Staffs and check uniforms all staffs stand by at client’s places -Control staff’s activities and discipline to be standard and productively -Administer, monitor, and continuously develop HR policies and procedures -Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource functions including payroll administration, manpower planning, recruitment/selection, compensation & benefits, performance evaluation, training & development, employee welfares, and other HR matters -Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling -To facilitate the development of various organizational teams and their working relationship with other teams and individuals -Ensuring that the Company are in compliance with the HR Compliance standards -Handled the end-to-end recruitment process within the organization across all levels from the sourcing and selection of candidates up to the on boarding process -Address the learning & development requirements of the Company including the training needs analysis, creating and delivery the training modules -To build networks for smooth communication so that the organization objectives are achieved effectively and efficiently -Participating in administrative staff meetings -Perform other duties as assigned.

Jobs Requirement

-A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and or related fields -At least two or more year working experience at a management level position -Computer skills (MS Office, Internet & Email) -Good command of English (reading, writing, listening, and speaking) -Be able to work as team independently -Honest, self-motivated and high commitment -Be goal-oriented, a team player, and willing to work under pressure -Good communication and interpersonal skills. ****Noted: Company Type (Provide Pest Control, General Cleaning, Supply Cleaners, Soil & Corrective Termite Treatment). Working Time: Monday to Friday and Saturday (Half Day), from 8:00am to 5:00pm, one and half hour (break time).
