•Assist the classroom lead teacher to ensure the effectiveness of classroom management •Manage and prepare the classroom materials with guidance from the lead teacher •Assist the lead teacher in the preparation and the maintenance of the Montessori play learning center •Organize and attend parent-teacher meetings every quarter •Supervise students in the class, schoolyard, and during arrive and drop off time •Sensitivity and patience are key assets

•At least one-year teaching experience with young learners •Like to work with kids, be patient and can make learning fun for kids •Monitor and motivate the kids’ during their education •Help the classroom teacher to set up suitable activities that match the student’s learning abilities •Self-motivated, take initiative, sensible and have team spirit •Be punctual and have a high sense of responsibility •Excellent in English- spoken and written form •Good planning and organizing skills
