Jobs Description

Job Responsibilities - In a proactive way to develop consistent HR policies and strategies relating to remuneration, retention, employee welfare, health/insurance and safety, performance management, succession, training emergency management responsibilities and other HR matters that arise. - To develop, recommend and implement approved human resources policies, procedures, forms and manuals that will help develop high performance teams. - To ensure the Equal Employment Opportunity policy is maintained, organization goals are achieved, and employment law is complied with. - To support or act (when required) in all human resource functions and to also act (when required) for the Chief Operating Officer as Company’s advocate in conciliation and other industrial proceedings - To co-ordinate the recruitment selection, appointment and induction of all staff. The Chief Operating Officer has delegated to the Human Resource Manager the authority to appoint staff. - To champion performance management, facilitating annual reviews of staff work performance, act as a conduit for any staff issues and negotiate staff employment conditions within agreed budgets. - To maintain the approved system for review of staff remuneration levels and the Job Evaluation system and advise the Chief Operating Officer and Group Managers. - To manage the provision of corporate training that addresses the needs of the staff and contributes to the effectiveness and efficiency of the company. - To develop effective retention and succession strategies and facilitate leadership and development training. - To ensure on attendance management that all employees are following the rules and regulation of the company. - To proactively monitor the operations of the organization and provide appropriate advice on HR matters. - To take an active role in the recruitment of staff for emergency management roles - To coordinate with other business unit for HR support function - To carry out such other duties as may be required

Jobs Requirement

*** Requirement - A recognized Bachelor Degree, specializing in Human Resource Management or related discipline - Minimum of 3-6 years of relevant working experience, out of which 3 years should be in generalist role in a similar industry. - Good track record of HR processes, policies and system - Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, ideally the last few years on a strategic role implementing HR policies and procedures and is hands on in payroll experience , possess sound working knowledge of statutory legislation and other local statutory requirement and - At least 3 years in supervisory role - Proficiency in English - Preferable Male/Female * Application Information Interested candidates please send your CV & Cover Letter by using contact detail below.
