-Compile training needs identification and develop training plans for each staff -Coordinate with internal subject matter experts and work out implementation of training plan and schedule -Assist the training Manager or trainers from other sections to develop the required documentation in supporting training -Liaise with external training providers -Conduct training for local and expat staff -Administer training records and other forms of record keeping
