Provide the recruitment support for the Unilever Laos across all functions including all aspects of recruitment process, sourcing channels, interviewing, reference checking, and offers. Develop relationships with line managers to fulfil their staffing needs in all functions and all levels. Support to prepare payroll report of permanent and contract employees to HRS Assistant Manager by working closely with HRBP in Laos. Check the payroll report from the vendor and send the accurate payroll report to HRS Assistant Manager. Support, update and advise HRS Assistant Manager related to local compliances such as new regulatory and taxes etc. Operate the benefits administration (e.g. leave and medical benefits). Manage customer expectations as single point of contact for all matters relating processes and queries. Other tasks be provided by Line Manager

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution with relevant experience in Human Resources Management or related field experiences. Knowledgeable in Lao Labor Law At least 03 years’ experience in Human Resource Good written and spoken English and local language proficiency.
