Provide email and chat support to customers regarding products, services and other relevant information Handle customer complaints To maintain a position of trust and responsibility by keeping all customer business confidential Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, record details of inquiries, complaints and comments, as well as actions taken Refer to designated departments for further investigation on the unsolved customer grievances

Candidate must be at least a Bachelor's/College Degree of Mathematics, Business Administration, Management, or any related course Candidate must be a college graduate (any 4 year course) At least 1-2years work experience in the same capacity Customer-focused and task oriented Able to deliver satisfactory results in a fast-paced environment Excellent in both oral and written English communication Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Can work with a team or alone and able to work with minimal supervision Must be keen to details with a strong sense of urgency Resourceful, flexible and able to meet deadlines Applicants must be willing to work in Makati/Shifting schedule/5 days a week including weekends HONEST, HARDWORKING and POSSESSES GOOD WORKING ATTITUDE
