- Ensure guest and member records (Experiment) are up to date to sign in and out form. - Responsible for handling/booking and confirming all reservations relating to massage and beauty therapy. - Ensure all members register when entering the spa and registered guest confirmed in guests sign in and out form. - Processing of room changes via Micros, as outlined in the SOP from accounting. - Ensure cash float is maintained at certain amount, per accounting SOP. - Issuing of locker keys to house guests and spa members. Keys will only be issued in exchange for room key or membership card. - Showing potential members and in-house guests through out the spa giving description of services and facilities. - Be prepared to assume other spa duties and responsibilities as requested by management. - Attend daily briefing sessions and relevant department training. - Perform any reasonable request made by management.
