• Organize incentive trips for salesforces including putting together concept for the trip, planning and making all necessary arrangements for the trip to ensure that salesforce enjoys a distinguished experience from regular tour package; • Coordinate with relevant teams/units to ensure that the incentive trip is successful, safe and memorable; • Monitor the budget of the trip so that it is within the planned budget and there is a good value-for-money; • Manage all expenses to ensure that expenses are properly documented and cleared with the Accounting in a timely, transparent manner; and • Perform other duties as required.

• Bachelor Degree preferable in Business Management or Tourism and Hospitality • Experience in organizing events and convention • Knowledge in event management, ticketing and logistic arrangement • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill • Good computer skill, especially in Excel, Word and Power point • Ambitious, hard-working, and desire to learn new things
