- Manage and maintain full spectrum of accounting and reporting functions and include the consolidation reports at the Modern International School Head Office and from Branch Campus Office. - Review and analyze monthly financial reports including profit and loss, balance sheet, profit & loss variance and cash flow with the consolidation report - Responsible for budgeting process and finalization. - Review and sign on functional reports such as cash books, bank books, sale day books, purchase day books etc. - Review and check all area of financial reports to prevent fraud and corruption. - Responsible for statutory reporting and ensure its compliance with accounting and tax regulations in Cambodia. - Manage audit and tax matters. - Coordinate with other departments for preparing accurate documents - Review and ensure that inventory records are accurate and updated timely. Conduct random inventory counts to ensure inventory movements are authorized and accounted for. - Other tasks assigned by President and/or Executive Director.

• University degree in Accounting/Finance or similar • At least 2-3 years’ experience in Accounting and Finance • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to persuade and influence others • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Computer knowledge • Good command in English, both written and spoken • Creative and Flexible in work. • Honest and able to work under pressure • Ability to persuade and influence others • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Knowledge in QuickBooks or Peachtree or Xero System
