JOB DESCRIPTION Manage and co ordinate general office administrative activities and support HR Activities to ensure overall Company efficiency, productivity and cost effectiveness. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Office Administrative Duties - Accountable for daily general administration work including office cleanliness, stationary management and office facilities maintenance and procurement. - Provide support to visitor and conference arrangement including visitor schedule, reception service, external liaison, air ticket, transportation and hotel reservation. - Assisting in logistic arrangement for business trips (air-ticket and hotel reservations) - Ensure that all office equipment is in good condition and under proper maintenance. - Support courier handling with merchandising staffs, booking and dispatch - Assist in ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time HR Duties – Support in the following areas - Coordinate recruitment activities, including hiring and selection with SHRM and CM. - Coordinate new employee induction training and on-boarding program. - Co ordinate employment visa and related issues. - Co ordinate Medical Claim submission verification - Support in maintaining HR records and prepare periodical reports. - Coordinate ad hoc HR projects as assigned and ensure timely delivery of agreed upon schedules for all HR programs. - Plan and coordinate employee communication and engagement activity, including Sample sales, living walls and festival events.

REQUIREMENTS - Good communication and presentation skills in English - Dependable and well-organized - A good team player with good interpersonal skills - Driving for results, willing to take responsibility - A self-starter and proactive person, with the ability to work with people at different levels - The ability to handle multiple tasks in a challenging and fast-paced environment. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE - Degree holder in Business Administration or Human Resources - Management or relevant disciplines. - Any prior experience in HR & Administration area is an added advantage. - Fresh and Dynamic Graduates are most welcome Job Type Temporary – From June 20th Till 31st August
