- Involve managing, marketing and supervising day-to- day teaching programs both Khmer and English - Managing curriculum review - Supervising teacher quality assessment periodically - Managing the accreditation of school courses - Assisting with releasing the school’s annual research report - Monitoring the process of recruitment, admission and induction of students - Enforcing policies stipulated in the school’s regulations - Observing teachers - Students discipline - Organize student’s academic results - Arranging training for staff, among others

- Bachelor degree of Education in English, Pedagogy or related fields. - Strong Experience in Administration and Teaching. - Excellence command of spoken and written English and Khmer. - Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and Social Network. - Strong Leadership, Reliable, Resourceful and Interpersonal Skills. - Willing to work independently and with team spirit. - Flexibility, adaptability, transparency, and enthusiasm. - A strong commitment and sensitivity to children and young adults. - Respect and support Homekids IS’s values and missions. - Be willing to work in Preah Vihear province.
