- Diploma / Degree or equivalent - At least 5 years’ experience in furniture / Consumer Electrical Appliances retail industry including 2 years of retail management experience. - Exceptional customer services/sales skills - Proven ability to be a team leader - Demonstrated skills in process improvement and strategic thinking - Proven organizational and problem-solving skills - Ability to manage people, retail sales, and operational details, but also to manage with vision. - Scheduling experience and skills to offer prudent staffing recommendations - Intermediate to advance computer skills - Must have availability to work long hour - Must possess a valid driving license
