- Assist in project management of operation model transforming - Assist in identify location for warehouse and office for branch operation and assist the project of branch set up - Assist in managing branches and Sub-D overall operational activities + Direct warehouse operations – pick packing, delivery + Accounting – cash flow, credit, expenses management + Sale – follow up routing plan & coordinate to solve the issue. + Maintain necessary inventory levels + Manage overall branches office facility + Manage truck or van of transportation - Prepare relevant reports for each department required by head office such as monthly scorecard - Review daily reports of branches, taking appropriate action as needed - Coordinate with relating department such as Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Marketing..Etc. - Follow and implement DKSH’s SOPs

- At least graduated BBA of Management or other related field - At least 3 years of supervisory or managerial experiences in Administration or Branch Office - Experience in finance and accounting, warehouse and logistics management with consumer products operation is advantage - Good in English communication - Strong organizational and analytical skills - Detail orientation and can do attitude - Hardworking, Honest, Smart and willing to work as a team and under presser - Holding the driving License
