Main Responsibilities

• Managing the product supply management, mainly import administration by focusing to demand forecast, supply planning, purchasing, stock controlling and customer service to meet customer demand as agreed target at the right time, right quantities by excellent quality. Monitoring forecast entry and managing any changes.
• Work across all partners to import products until goods deliver to W/H (3PL)
• Develop stronger Supply Chain process (or S&OP process) and process project implementation to drive operational excellence in forecast , stock cover month target & Fulfillment Management and implement the distribution network strategy for the market.
• Collaborate with different channels on forecast provided and manage the demand planning.
• Manage replenishment planning base on Demand / Supply needed for all assortments including special pack/ value set planning.
• Process improvement of the Planning functions to identify potential savings.
• Eliminate potential supply chain failures as part of the daily planning process.
• Champion preventive practices to eliminate expediting to supply chain leadership as appropriate to prevent problems.
• Oversee stocks inventory control, in order to ensure adequate stock and timely supplies.
• Ensures internal and external customers' expectations and requirements are met.
• Accountable for stock projection and stock ending to support business minimize risk of excess and obsolete stock.
• Partner working with commercial team / CS&L for stock allocation, special pack requirement and stock clearance.
• Formulate Operations operational plans and budget, in order to ensure alignment with business strategies and company direction.
• Develop new distribution services in close collaboration with B2C and B2B and Marketing.
• Participate and setup new ERP (Oracle)

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain & Logistics or related field experience in FMCG industry.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and Demand & Supply Planning, with a high-quality consumer centric mindset.
• Good English & Thai communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Data-driven decision-making mentality, fast learner and “can-do” attitude.
• Strong experience in Project Management & driving end-to-end process.
• Good negotiation, problem solving & convincing skills.
• Experience managing & leading a team.
• Work well with minimum supervision.
