Tender & Design Management

● Mentor the team, plan and organize technical training sessions with Head of Tender and Head of

Design

● Coordinate efficiently the balance or workload

● Assign objectives and ensure follow up and successful achievements

● Review existing and set up new relevant KPI to monitor workload & team performance

Tendering – Pre-Sales

● Analyze RFQ: check if required items are in the scope of supply of company, study the detailed

specifications, SLD, datasheets

● Provide guidelines to tender designers on products & ranges selection with full awareness of

project context

● Responsible to provide a high level of technical design solutions ensuring compliance with

project specifications and promoting the use of Value engineering by challenging client's design

to give company a competitive edge

● Ensure Techno-Commercial offer is consistent and include the relevant List of Deviations and

Options, wrap up review with costing department if necessary

● Work in close collaboration with Sales, Costing, Supply chain and Top management to

maximize company chance to secure the project

● Support Sales department giving comprehensive feedback of the technical content of the offer,

assisting in technical meetings with client

● Responsible for developing and implement effective processes to improve the overall Pre-Sales

process (time/cost/quality) in collaboration with all company departments

● Assist in the smooth transition of technical solution requirement from pre-sale to on-sale stage,

call and lead “Kick-Off meeting” with all departments for key projects

Product Owner

● Ensure Technology, Supplier & Competitor watch in order to identify risk and opportunities and

update company product selection accordingly

● Implement product/market classification with brand cross referencing to ensure company offers

competitiveness and compliance

● Implement electrical functional block management for use in BOQ/BOM through company’

management of information system

● Ensure tender product selection meets the priorities set up by company management (cost

effectiveness, compliancy, stock clearances…)

● Experience in MEP work in Cambodia as senior electrical engineer or previous experience in

panel building activity for at least 4 years

● Strong knowledge of LV distribution and control systems, key solutions and manufacturers.

Experience in MV systems is a plus.

● Ability to report about technical solutions to various stakeholders and convince of the reliability

of a technical design

● Ability to lead significant organizational change, tool/deliverable/process development &

implementation across one or several departments

● Strong analytical skills, able to manage data

● Good skills in Excel, experience in VBA is a plus

● Good skills in AutoCAD, SEE Electrical are a plus. Familiar with the use of technical software

● Professional English level (speaking and writing)

● master's degree in electrical engineering

● Able to work independently and within tight schedule and high-pressure working environment
