• Oversees administrative and accounts staff

• Maintains smooth operations of the front desk and manages inventory

• Ensures facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards

• Coordinates meetings, appointments, and conference events

• Handles all data and information with confidentiality and care

• Pursues projects of opportunity in line with the growing capability of the company such as developing marketing plans

• Strengthens rapports with existing clients and establishes relationship with prospective customers

• Oversees furnishing of the office space and supplements basic facilities

• Conducts office tours for clients and registration of new clients

• Develop and oversees annual events and programmers

• Bachelor's degree and above in business administration, communications, or related field

• Proven experience (5 years) in office operations and administration

• Proficient communication, customer service and interpersonal skills, both in English and Khmer

• Exceptionally organized with an attention to detail

• Friendly and professional

• Ability to work autonomously and as a team leader
