-5 - 8+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field, with at least 3 years in bakery specifically

-Experience in leading and developing a team of direct reports

-Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Khmer

-A self-starter and motivated individual who can work independently and problem-solve effectively

-Experience in budget management and financial analysis

-Experience in creating and executing digital and social media marketing strategies

-Experience in managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts

-Experience as a Head Baker or Bakery Manager

-Demonstrated knowledge of bakery industry trends and techniques

-Ability to create and execute complex bakery recipes

-Excellent time management and organizational skills

-Ability to communicate effectively with staff and management
