1. Developing and managing Good relationship with shipping line/vendors etc.

2. Developing and managing customer relationships.

3. Joint calls with sales team.

4. Managing the implementation of sales strategies and tactics.

5. Recruiting, hiring and training sales employees.

6. Managing existing business of G/A and looking for prospects to develop new business from G/A.

7. Working with sales team for generating local LCL Business.

8. Overseeing Planning and Box profitability for exports and imports LCL.

9. Overseeing the Legal & compliance and work with the team to ensure if everything is in place as per requirements.

10. Overseeing the smooth functioning of operations. (Exports and Imports)

11. To ensure the Budgets/targets achieved of the Branch with regards to Volume and revenue.

12. Developing new product i.e. FCL/Air for the branch.

13. Team Management.

- BA/MBA in Finance and Banking, Management or equivalence.

- 03 three-years of managerial experience in logistics or forwarder

- Strong leadership and motivational skills.

- Good working knowledge of computer software.

- Strong written and oral communication skills (able to speak and write English).

- Excellent financial, analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills.

- High commitment and be honest.

- Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment and foster teamwork among international and national staff.
