- Overseeing daily business operations and making high-level decisions in accordance with company strategies and objectives.

- Developing, implementing, and reviewing operational policies and procedures.

- Assisting the CEO in fundraising ventures and participating in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances, etc.)

- Working closely with the CEO to set company goals, and then developing strategic plans to meet those goals.

- Providing in-depth reports to the CEO on the company's financial and operational health.

- Building and managing relationships with partners, stakeholders, and the broader community.

- Evaluating and improving sales, marketing, and networking strategies.

- Identifying and addressing problems and opportunities for the company.

- Ensuring all operations are compliant with legal and business ethical standards.

- Creating a positive and motivating environment to encourage employee productivity and morale.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. An MBA is preferred.

- Proven experience in a managerial role.

- Strong understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles.
