- To assist HOD in managing and coordinating HOD's instructions in accordance to agreed plans and

strategies

- To assist and advice HOD on issues with regards to the marketing operation and business development

plans

- Description Assist and provide strategic advice based on market research and information gathered

- Assist in developing and research on new marketing promotion and business development plan

- Initiate and coordinate meetings with regards to new products and promotions

- Act as Liaison Officer between departments and vendors

- Assist in developing, providing ideas, drafting and execute promotion/plans

- Prepare daily operational/marketing reports for the Management

- Familiar in Back Office especially in promotional setting and banners uploading

- Administrative and Operational tasks as needed

Age: 30-35

- Fluent in Mandarin and English – both written and spoken

- Effective verbal and listening communications skills

- Dedicated and able to execute projects independently Good analytical and problem solving skills

- Ability to work with minimum supervision and deal with stress

- Very details oriented and organized

- Excellent Computer literacy, MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

- Time management skills: able to prioritise and organise well

- Fundamental working knowledge of statistics
