- Reports to the Senior Asset Manager APAC on HSE, PM, CM, EPC, QAQC and local stakeholder issues. - Witness the work of O&M and other contractors at site, report in case of breaches, non-conformances. - Ensuring site security, safety and quality procedures are adequate and that contractors are adhering to. - Control that inventory of assets and spare parts is well maintained and records up to date - Verify the correctness of Material Request from Contractor - Follow up warranty claim by OM to suppliers and contractors - Track opened issues such as HSE, CM, PM, EPC etc… and ensure on time closure - Perform audit and site inspection when required - Participate to review and improve contractors’ procedures and documentation - Ensure correct filing of deliverables and inspection records by contractors - Ensure that technical documentation is available from supplier and contractor side including EPC. - Verify claims issued by contractor. - Support to prepare and analyze KPIs such as production, PR, Availabilities - Analyze the production, detect abnormalities, propose improvement - Assist to draft different reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, yearly) - Support with regulatory body with respect to compliance with the law. - Support with community management, and stake holder management - Support ad-hoc request from management.

- Have at least 5 years on site, hands-on electrical experience with 22kV system. - Demonstrated experience in power plant maintenance (Solar - experience will be an advantage). - Have managed contractors - Be honest and trustworthy - Work in team - Capable of handling urgent situation in calm manner - Result oriented - Able to use pack office with special attention on excel (formulas), Office 365, PV syst, SCADA, AutoCAD - Good communication in English.
