• Build up market leading, quality brand image as brand custodian. • Understand market trends and customer needs. • Ensure compliance to corporate guidelines • Ensure adherence to regional and corporate guidelines for marketing activities to be deployed and adopted in the country • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.) • Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness. • Control the advertising, publicity & promotion budget. Formulate creative and media agency briefs. • Plan & implement the public relations strategy to ensure is acknowledged by customers, the media, opinion formers and government as the industry leader. • Assist in planning, implementing and controlling all advertising activities including TV, press, magazine, outdoor, yellow page directory, poster, and other media. • Propose suitable advertising media and promotional ideas for all marketing campaigns, ensure implementation if accepted. • Assist in preparing annual A & P budget, campaign budget, sponsorship items and events. • Assist in launching customers’ event, organizing event for staffs, purchasing of corporate gifts, printing materials (Name Card & Poster etc.), organizing sales and retail campaign. • Source, purchase, distribute gift items and control inventory. • Organize and implement internal and external promotional strategies to support product and service developments and contribute to financial targets. • Develop, maintain and update corporate, sales and POS materials to ensure they are customer-friendly and informative. • Administer incentive programs such as staff awards, loyalty points, sales lead, etc. • Any other Marketing-related duties and tasks assigned by the National Sales Manager.

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent is required. • Fluent in Speaking/Reading/Writing English is required. • Good Computer Skills: MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet Email. • Possess strong leadership skill, time management skill, planning and organizing skills. • Statistical analysis and Result oriented • Ability to work under pressure • Knowledge of Photoshop / Illustrator is an advantage • 1 or 2 years’ experience in a related capacity.
