- Manage procurement of all non-trade goods and services of Zuellig Pharma. - Transform the procurement process from manual to digital by implementing SAP Ariba - Closely coordinate with all functional departments across the organization to ensure business needs are met - Work together with the functional departments to perform supplier evaluations through financial analysis, business evaluation and other key evaluation criteria with a focus on quality, compliance and sustainability. - Supplier Management - Represent Cambodia in the regional procurement meetings & implement regional procurement iniatives in country. - Strengthen Cambodia’s sustainability performance by tracking KPI’s, working on supplier sustainability development programs and implementing procurement initiatives to improve ESG performance. - Closely coordinate with ZP Therapeutics on the project design and execution of Advertising & Promotion spend for major MNC healthcare brands. - Marketing RFP’s include but are not limited to the sourcing and supplier selection of TVC, POSM, digital marketing agencies, research agencies, and event agencies. - Identify high level expenditure levels across the Distribution business unit to acquire products and services at the best price/quality to reduce cost and increase profitability - Operations RFP’s include but are not limited to custom clearance, transportation service providers, IT equipment, and maintenance agreements. Key results include but are not limited to: 1. Management of pipeline of value, increasing business profitability through cost savings and cost avoidance 2. Be a strong enabler to the business units, ensure the business units can perform their services and activities without interruption. 3. Digitalization, initially through implementation of SAP Ariba 4. Spend analysis, make spend behaviour per department insightful for department heads, allowing them to focus on key cost savings 5. Successful execution of high value RFP’s across both ZP Therapeutics and Distribution Strengthening Zuellig’s sustainable sourcing in Cambodia by working with suppliers to build a mutual sustainability agenda

- Minimum of 5 years in procurement and purchasing in a multinational organization - Solid experience in marketing procurement, understanding of buying TVC’s and digital media campaigns - Experience in working with agencies is preferable. - Previous experience in healthcare, consumer healthcare, food & beverages or consumer products is preferred. - Previous experience in sourcing of marketing agencies and TVC is preferred.
