- Understand the company’ products, services, intellectual property (on parts of marketing), directions, and work processes - Assist the manager to analyze SWOT, develop and execute marketing strategies, objectives, SMART goals and plans for Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) - Assist the manager to set metrics for measuring Sales and Marketing key performance indictors e.g. sales growth, profitability, market share, social media engagement, conversion rate, ROI, and more - Assist the manager and partner with Sales and other concerning teams to take leads in executing market research and analysis including but not limited to on-site surveys, focus group interviews, etc. - Partner with Sales, Technical, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and other concerning teams to conceive new products and services - Support Sales and revenue generation driven teams to build and increase favorable sales pipeline and percentage of deal closing - Initiate, organize, lead, coordinate and assist the manager to evaluate advertising, promotions, campaigns and engagements of digital and online (website, SEO, Email, Mobile, Social Media, Content, etc.), offline (broadcasted and printed advertisements, POSM, etc.), face-to-face (networking, community and association involvement, events and exhibitions participation, influencers, CSR activities, etc.) by using various techniques e.g. storytelling, growth hacking, and so on - Explore, negotiate, participate, coordinate and evaluate third parties or vendors on various marketing projects and supporting materials - Benchmark the company and employer branding strategies and activities to improve effective brand awareness, interest, loyalty, and adding values to the business - Assist the manager to plan, prepare and control marketing budget and expenses - Supervise and support Graphic Designer in alignment with marketing strategies, plans and projects - Support and provide professional services to cross-teams upon requests for needs of graphic design, page admin, page boosting, photographing, video editing, etc. - Administer and control marketing materials and belongings - Prepare reports regularly - Other tasks as assigned by direct manager

- Higher education degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields - Good experience in Sales with ISP or ICT products and services, Graphic Design (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe, Illustrator, Animation, Brand Identity, etc.) would be additional advantage - Good skills in of MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, Outlook) and Internet surfing - Ability to practice design thinking and critical thinking in phases of work - Good skills in studying demography and statistics, executing market research, analyzing SWOT, and doing project proposals - Knowledge about measuring sales and marketing performance and interpreting reports - Good communication skills in English and Khmer for business purposes - Being aggressive, passionate and attentive to details - High sense of service and professional service delivery - Ability to draw and implement new ideas, procedures and process flows - Striving for results and achievements - Ability to actively socialize and work well as a team - Being hard-working and smart working - Flexibility and adaptability to organizational culture and environment - Ability to work under tough deadlines, pressure, and minimal supervision - Ability to visit and stand by at sites overnights (i.e. market research, booth exhibition, trips)
