-Ensure smooth running the day day of ISF School SMC including not limited to: -Monitoring teachers lesson plans overseeing delivery the curriculum -Setting yearly school schedule ISF SMC Center adjusting accordingly -Monitoring delivery the Healthcare Program SMC -Monitoring delivery the Community Outreach Program run through ISF SMC -Conduct probation & annual assessment staff under your direct supervision -Be for complete induction process new staff under his/her supervision -Assist the setting up policies procedures (where necessary) ensuring that staff the SMC Education Program adhere all ISF policies procedures Monitoring Evaluation -Develop monitoring evaluating targets each the /activities undertaken SMC Implement monitoring processes train staff undertake them -Evaluate each and adjust it accordingly Finance Fundraising Overall for ensuring correct spending approved budget the ISF SMC yearly expenses. This responsibility includes is not limited ensuring budget limits adhered to; spending has appropriate receipts, documentation approval; ensuring best prices attained recommending cost saving measures where possible monitoring spend the Education Program SMC -Play lead with overseas visitors arrange necessary for visit including not limited arranging accommodation, transport other requirements -Working closely the Finance and Development Team ensure appropriate receipts allocated the correct for reporting purpose -Assisting Finance in production the budget actual reports SMC donors addressing inconsistencies

-Bachelor degree business related fields, Master degree plus -At least 3-5 experiences the fields organizations staff management role -A positive approach challenges, a consultative manner -Honest, hardworking willing learn skills -Ability implement co-ordinate change -Excellence English Khmer both Speaking written -Good computer skills -Act a good model the children we serve enjoys with them
