Jobs Description

-We are looking for Talent Manager, to work collaboratively with Teuk Saat1001 team, the Talent Manager is the go-to person for all employee-related issues. This means that Talent Manager duties will involve managing activities such as employee relations, performance management, with an emphasis on training & development and talent management and also develop career path employee. -He/she will be in charge and responsible for the proper execution of the following missions: -Leads trainings and all talent management matters, shapes programs to empower employees and to help them develop their capacities. This mission is very important to TS1001 and for this position. -Participate in various job fairs and prepare efficient network of all talent and develop and implement various strategies for all training programs and participate in various training programs. -Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues -Determined core tasks associated the based analysis job listings. -To partner human resources teams head department implement employee engagement strategies include talent systems, mentoring programs, succession planning. -Collaborate their talent development team design training programs. -Corporate leadership identify individual learning initiatives that facilitate employee development. -Focusing the key talent gets needed resources information effectively lead organization towards strategic goals. -Partner business functions initiate programs/activities align business strategies -Drive employee engagement via agendas maximum organization effectiveness creates positive impact business -Drive talent to ensure enough internal talent pools ready next level supporting business grow -Ensure & Training process procedure followed up date on business situation -Lead and Training team execute Performance Management, Talent Management Development Program, Employee Engagement within company. -Lead team ensure and Training functional objective met -Build close relationship internal HR team region other countries share acquire best practices

Jobs Requirement

-Professional Qualifications -Bachelor/Master degree human resource management relevant field -Minimum of 5 years of experiences in leading training development program -Good experience trainer facilitating internal training working external training agencies -Very good level English Khmer French knowledge is a plus. -Strong written and oral communication skills -Ability to organize effectively, work under pressure with attention to detail, precision and accuracy -Required competencies -Strong traits of accountability, integrity and loyalty -Strict with procedures, must have authority and leadership -Belief in personal development for everyone and solidarity -Cautious and hard-working -Team-player
