-Consultant’s Qualifications and Experience Required -This opportunity is available for an individual consultant or a group of consultants. The consultant/consultancy team has to have the minimum experience and skills as the following: -Demonstrated excellent experience in project evaluation and evaluation management skills. -Demonstrated good knowledge and understanding of the healthcare system and the healthcare services in Cambodia. -Have good knowledge of technology and software innovation for health impact and clean environment. -Have a degree in public health, health science and development studies. -Have good project rationale and its linkage to project implementation and outcomes. -Demonstrated ability and experience to prepare succinct and clear reporting in English. -Demonstrated English proficiency skills and native Khmer language to produce clear evaluation. -Demonstrated knowledge and good understanding of gender based health benefits. -Able to travel and visit to certain project sites.
