 Set up and manage club  Solve all problem and advise a good solution to CEO  Recruiting, training and supervises all subordinate staff  Managing on marketing and advertising to get new customer  Maintaining customer service standards  Schedules staff to adequately cover needs  Planning of promote and marketing of business  Dealing with enquiries, complaints and emergencies  Prepares all administrative forms and reports  Manage for cleanliness and appearance of the club  Manage for member service  Maintains attendance records and other records required by CEO  Meets and greets potential members and provides them with a tour of the club  Perform related duties as assigned by line manager.

 Gender : Both (Prefer female)  Age : 25+ years old above  Language : Professional Chinese and Basic English  Good appearance and friendly  Have experience in golf management and sale service at least 2 or 3years  Strong team-building and managerial skills  Have experience of Training staff  Have prior supervisory experience and strong leadership qualities  Be very familiar with a golf club or a gym environment or have a fitness background  Have solid communication and organize skills  Self-motivated, adaptable, and flexible  Have the ability to learn and perform every function in the club
