• Ensure documentation of Operational Risk Management (ORM) frameworks, policies procedure and guidelines • Gather data for operational risk indicators to support the execution of operational risk assessments • Assist in identifying and evaluating risk areas across the operational activities • Support the execution of activities for promoting the Bank’s risk culture & awareness • Coordinate business functional queries and requests for ORM assistance

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Information Technology, or other related discipline • Fresh graduate or 1 year of relevant experiences in operational risk measurement and management, or another related environment. • Strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills • Good written, presentation and communication skills; able to prepare statistical and narrative reports • Possess technical responsibility and accountability for work performed and decisions taken • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate and manage relationship at all levels
