•Lead, establish, manage, and follow up activity plan for core banking unit •Implement configuration and parameter setting/fine-tuning to improve the overall Core banking system performance. •Analysis and assessment of business needs and requirements versus system support •Provide Core Banking System parameterization according to the Products Committee requests as well as a regular periodic parameterization •Provide technical training to guide subordinates in the execution of their roles •Manage all issues by logging them into the Portal and follow up •Manage all systems user accounts •Prepare user guide and procedure to all system users •Cross-train in all banking system functional to all users levels •Create new branches, products, features, modules… •Identify, analyze and report occurred and potential user and/or system problems as well as coordinate with software vendor for solutions •Support system upgrades, new features and/or product tests, and apply fixes/patches •Ensure DRP/BCP of core banking system to comply with IT policy •Deploy training, testing, and development environment •Work closely with UAT team to make sure new products are tested before moving to production. •Carries out leadership responsible in accordance with the policies and procedures. Responsibilities may include interviewing and making hiring recommendations, training, coaching and developing team members, planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining team members, addressing complaints, and resolving the problems •Lead and coach team members on fulfilling the service level standards •Develop customizations and interfaces in the Core Banking System •Enhance core banking system using Oracle Flexcube Development Workbench •Participate in project implementation related to Core Banking •Advice business stakeholders on the optimal business process – in line with Flexcube functionality •Participate in business stakeholders meeting for requirements gathering

•Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent •3 years of relevant work/management experience in Flexcube core banking system •Excellent understanding and practice of Flexcube Core Banking System •Advanced knowledge of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, T-SQL, and willingness to learn new software systems •Fundamental knowledge in Oracle Database and Linux •Knowledge of the Flexcube modules domain/ Corporate Banking areas •Working knowledge and experience of web-service/API, XML files, PL/SQL •Experience with Oracle Development Workbench is a plus •Able to communicate with consultants
