•Implement the administration of claims documentation by conducting investigations, analyzing factual information, interpreting insurance policies and applying legal and technical knowledge to independently resolve claims files in a timely manner •Examine/investigation the claims in terms of whether the claims were filed as per coverages and procedures and make the recommendation and reports for the decision on payment, denied or pending status to the claim requests. •Facilitate claims payment between medical and finance department •Work closely with Claim Manager to strengthen claim process. •Develops/prepares reports and assists in the development of new/revised policies and guidelines based on utilization and clinical trends. •Identify the health care providers to be a part of our network based on the assessment of their quality of services and prices. •Be responsible to prepare the partnership agreement between PLAC and health facilities and ensure that the contracts are properly scanned and recorded. •Conduct orientation to health facilities networks and refreshing training. •Updates/manages and monitor the health facilities network (HFN) follows the its process •Develops/prepares reports and assists in the development of new/revised policies and Guidelines.

•University degree in Business Management or equivalent •At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position, candidates form insurance industry are encouraged to apply. •Ability to write and speak in English •Good in communication and organizational skills, interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, and facilitation skills. •Understanding public and private health system in Cambodia context and understand of health facilities in Cambodia is an asset. •Computer literate MS Word, Excel, and Power Point •Flexibility (e.g. adjusting to changing circumstances and working on a variety of tasks)
