1} Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent experience preferred 2} At least 10 years of experiences in property and real estate sector 3} Be able to maneuver and develop business procedures 4) Have proficient leadership, organizational and supervisory skills 5} Have superior training and presentation skills 6} Be able to communicate successfully in both written and verbal format 7} Be able to properly manage teams and employees 8} Be able to delegate responsibilities 9} Understand organizational culture 10) Be resourceful, inventive and self-confident
