- Manage and develop the department’s resources with the goal of meeting or exceeding all deadlines and expectations. _ Develop new innovative products. _ Manage the new concept development and production scale up process. - Accurately maintain R&D project records, proactively providing status reports as required _ Collaborate with Operations to achieve project objectives. _ Conduct research in areas including Real Estate regulation and process validations. _ Approve Labels to ensure compliance with regulations. _ Participate in the Packaging Validation process. _ Liaise with suppliers for new Software and Application. _ Source new Technologies in the innovation process. _ Participate in the Business process. _ Review and sign-off specifications. _ Manage sensory evaluations for commercialized products. _ Identifies and advances quality and process improvement opportunities. _ Keep current with changes in technologies and regulation for the countries where we do business. _ Lead and mentor direct reports while providing developmental opportunities when available. _ Other duties may be assigned

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science • Programming language: laravel 5years • At least 2years experience in Dev op • project management: at least 2 year with Agile methodology (Jira is prefer) • Team lead: at least 3 years • Problems solving: at least 2yearsGood in leadership skill and problem solving • Hard working and team work
