- Monitor and analyze late portfolio in terms of products, branches, and report to management - Analyze collection performance per day past due status, products, and branches comparing month to month basis - Perform analyses and monitor collection staff’s performance and productivity metrics - Suggest and implement improvement plans - Prepare weekly and monthly collection performance reporting to management - Prepare monthly reporting of company portfolio with dashboards and strategies for new month - Monitor and improve data collection by staff to ensure efficiency and performance - Perform analyses of credit risk matrix and provide suggestions for changes to the assessment process - Perform other tasks assigned

- BBA degree in the field of Finance & Banking or related fields - Strong commitment to work and able to multi-task - Strong ability to manage young and enthusiastic subordinates and motivates them to get the job done efficiently and timely - Capable of professional discussions with internal and external stakeholders - Proficient in English, both written and spoken - Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and especially Excel - Women are strongly encouraged to apply.
