Brand Strategy and Development - Support the development and implementation of the Commercial Plan for assigned brand, based on consumer & customer insight as well as category performance. Sustainability & Responsible consumption are an integral part of your thinking. Planning & Execution - In cooperation with Marketing Manager/Senior Brand Manager, planning and execution of all brand communication and media activity across all channels, including online and social media. Innovation and Product Development - Identify new business opportunities and support new product launches. Consumer Promotion - Work with Trade Marketing & Sales to activate consumer promotion programs for assigned brand to achieve sales target and Brand Power KPIs. Cost & Value Manage spend within allocated brand budget across ATL & BTL, meeting agreed working/non-working targets whilst continuously looking for savings.

- Bachelor's degree or higher degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relation or any related fields. - 7+ years of brand management experience of relevant integrated commercial planning, brand strategy, route to market, channel understanding, marketing or field sales experience, with minimum 1-2 years of management position (preferably from FMCG Industry).
